It’s the pleasure people get from caring for their pets that inspires the Total Care team.
The 2010 Business of the Year award recognised Total Care Vets and Pets’ success in delivering a complete animal health centre that is making it easier for people to care for their pets.
Owners Dr Carl Milford and Dr Bev Newton said it was a great honour to receive the top accolade at the Dalby Chamber of Commerce and Industry Business Excellence Awards.
“We believe health is a total package that includes not only veterinary services but a whole range of preventative health care from grooming and training to quality pet products, Carl said.
“To me, this award says we’re providing quality service to our customers who in turn respond with their loyalty.”
Bev says people today treat their pets as members of the family and want them to receive compassionate care in a friendly environment.
“Our passion is animal health and for us this means providing holistic care in a first class facility. We thank all our loyal customers who trust us to care for their animals and value the rewards that come with having a healthy pet,” Bev said.
