A Country Garden Early Childhood Centre offers a purpose-built facility that delivers stimulating educational programs for youngsters along with a high level of emotional care.

Directors of the centre Veronica Laffy and Leisel Walton started the centre three years ago with the aim of providing early childhood care that was very close to the home environment.

“A lot of parents were saying they weren’t convinced about the quality of available care, so we decided to develop a facility that would give parents confidence in childcare.

“We believe in giving personalised attention and making sure things are done well. That means interacting with the children and understanding their needs.”

The building was designed for comfort and has its own kitchen where nutritious meals are prepared to encourage healthy eating habits.

Children are able to explore their full potential through a Montessori teaching process. It’s a hands-on approach that uses quality equipment and is delivered by qualified early childhood teachers.

The centre is an accredited kindergarten and pre-school, and also provides comprehensive before and after-school care for primary students.

Places are available for babies as well as toddlers and the centre also caters for children with special needs.
