Black Toyota Open New Flagship Branch

Dalby is now the hub of the Black Toyota Group, following the opening of its new flagship showroom and service centre in Drayton Street.
The impressive new facility, which took just over 18 months to design and construct, incorporates expansive state-of-the-art workshop facilities and a large modern showroom as well as the company’s administration centre and executive offices.
According to Branch Manager Russell Edwards, Dalby will be a key centre for the group’s operations – which now include 12 motor vehicle dealerships throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
He says the new flagship Dalby branch offered some great benefits for customers.
“We have expanded our workshop facilities which means greater servicing capacity.
“Shopping for a car will be a dream in the shiny new showroom.
“We have space to display a large range of new commercial and passenger vehicles and now hold a greater selection of quality used vehicles in stock,” says Russell.
A new gift shop also adds an element of luxury and convenience to the Black Toyota experience.
The facility allows for everything to be under one roof including finance and insurance options, which can be arranged on the spot.
Black Toyota commenced operations in 1983 with the opening of its first dealership in Chinchilla. Over the years the group has continued to expand. In 2009, Black Toyota Longreach, Central Highlands Toyota and Mitsubishi in Emerald and Springsure, and Clarence Valley Auto in Grafton were added to the group.
A number of complementary businesses have also been acquired by the group, enabling it to provide additional benefits to their valued customers.
These businesses include:
Budget Rent-A-Car South West Queensland which now operates 9 outlets from Toowoomba through to Charleville, including one in Dalby.
Black Trac Construction and Agricultural Machinery which distributes Kubota and New Holland products from branches at Archerfield, Beaudesert and Caboolture.
Boonarga Welding which manufactures heavy duty trays, bullbars and other accessories from a major production facility located at Black Toyota’s Central distribution facility on the outskirts of Dalby
When shopping for a new car, or servicing your trusty Toyota, take time to check out this new facility - another example of the ongoing infrastructure investment in Dalby.
