Modern Style Meets Traditional Service
If history is indeed a precursor to delivering a sense of empowerment to a business, then Cynergi Hair Studio has it in spades.
Firstly there is the premises in Roche Street, just a short stroll from Dalby’s main shopping centre. It’s a peaceful retreat in a cool and spacious converted storage building, with a highly symbolic old bottle tree standing sentinel at the door.
Then there is proprietor Jodie’s firm belief in nurturing many of the disappearing arts of hairdressing. All Cynergi’s staff, while working to constantly upgrade their skills and keep up with the “now” trends in hair styling, learn to appreciate the history of hairdressing and to ply all the historic skills of their trade - some of which are still called upon, and all of which are offered with the greatest of respect.
It’s kind of old-fashioned too that every client is given a genuinely cheery greeting by every member of staff on arrival (feeling and perhaps looking a little bedraggled) and departure – when they feel and look fantastic.
Jodie still has to pinch herself every day to remind herself that from her humble beginnings in the days of her own apprenticeship, she now owns a large salon with a staff of five. It’s a dream come true, one which is firmly underpinned by a positive belief in the service she and the Cynergi Hair Studio team offer to the community. |
