With its welcoming atmosphere, delicious food and excellent coffee, The Coffee Club has become Dalby’s answer to “Where will I meet you?”
When local farmers Paul and Debbie McVeigh and their family decided to embark on a new venture, they took their business know-how, past retail experience, and a love for socialising, and set out to create a new dining experience for Dalby. After a major renovation to their Cunningham Street building, using many local contractors, ‘The Coffee Club Dalby’ was born.
“We chose The Coffee Club franchise because they have such great systems and training. We wanted to add local flavour to a name that people recognise for quality and service,” Paul said.“It’s been a huge learning curve, and we are so grateful to the community for their support since we opened in November.”
The Coffee Club Dalby is a ‘Café Bar Restaurant’ which means there’s full table service, a wide choice of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals and a regularly changing chef’s choice menu.
Debbie said their goal was to create a relaxed meeting place that was casual yet sophisticated, stylish yet affordable.
“For us it was about bringing something new and exciting to our community. The business is locally-owned and employs a great team of local people. We are really proud to be part of the changing face of the town centre.”
If you’re having a special dinner celebration, a business meeting or just catching up with friends, you can’t go past The Coffee Club. |
