A new era for Mobil
There is a lot of history behind the current Mobil Roadhouse in Dalby.
For as long as most people can remember, there has been a service station on this site, including one of the first in Queensland to offer 24 hour facilities.
Owned by Southstate Fuel, Dalby’s Mobil is one of the most progressive service stations in the region featuring a number of upgraded facilities and services.
Mobil retail manager Tracey Teirnan says current renovations, set for completion in March, mean that customers are already experiencing a number of benefits.
“Our fuel saver offer allows customers to receive up to 36 cents off per litre through their support of local retailers.
The service station’s fuel tanks have been replaced with fibreglass versions and the new, high-flow diesel pumps ensure faster refuelling for trucks.
The Mobil café has a new look and there are also plans to overhaul the food menus this year to include a wider range of healthy fast food options.
“We now have an espresso coffee machine so we can serve anything from a cappuccino to a latte or flat white. And you can enjoy all this on our brand new marble-topped tables!
“Our customers are very important and we pride ourselves on friendly service and a willingness to respond to their needs.”
The Mobil Road house is offering customers a special meal combo of a burger, fries and 600ml Coke for just $7.95, if this @Dalby story is presented.
