A joint initiative between Elders and Telstra Country Wide® means that Dalby has better access to telecommunication services.
Part of a successful national pilot over the last six months, the Elders Dalby branch offers customers a suite of Telstra products and services.
Telco sales manager, Jaime Marlow, says the new service potentially has huge benefits for customers.
“Our goal is to work personally with each customer to make sure that their telecommunications needs are being met in the best possible way.
“For example, we can analyse mobile and fixed line bills and see whether the current plans are offering value for money.
“We also provide advice on internet connections. A lot of people aren’t aware that they can access the internet and that government subsidies are available.”
