Ostwald Bros. has expanded its capabilities to offer a wide range of concreting services as well as supplying a full selection of quarry materials.

Last year the company began operating its Dalby-based quarry, launching its subsidiary company Ostwald Quarries.

The quarry provides road building materials and aggregates, crusher dust, bedding sand, landscaping boulders, general and specific fill for large or small jobs.

Ostwald Bros. Civil also expanded its concreting services and now operates with a crew of 24 concreters and mobile batch plants.

The company provides ready-mix concrete for construction, as well as structural concrete for civil works, to a wide customer base including mines, feedlots, developers and energy utility providers.

In its 17 years of operations the family-owned company has experienced dynamic growth to become one of Dalby’s largest employers with a workforce of around 300 and in excess of 100 pieces of plant and equipment.

It operates across all facets of the civil construction and earthmoving industry delivering a diverse suite of core operations to clients within a broad range of industries from construction to agriculture and mining.
