An experienced butcher, Robert Beil prides himself on creating tasty combinations like steak, tomato and basil; honey, cheese and mustard; and peppercorn beer sausage that are available together with more traditional sausage varieties.
Robert, and his partner Elisha, purchased the business over a year ago and set about establishing a butcher shop where the traditional values of quality produce and friendly service are paramount.
Together, they have improved the product, broadened the range of goods and revamped the premises - a move that has significantly boosted business turn over and extended the store's customer support.
"A lot of our customers come here for quality and specialty meat products. We guarantee all our products are of the highest standard," Robert said.
"It's very much a family-run business and keeping our customers content is our first priority."
The store has undergone a facelift and now features a new display cabinet filled with meaty treats - among them tender Darling Downs beef, pork and lamb.
And for those seeking a meal that is a little out of the ordinary, a range of specialty meats such as emu, kangaroo, crocodile and free-range duck are also on offer.
Freshly smoked bacon, ham and home-style silverside are produced on the premises along with a range of pre-prepared meats including a popular selection of lamb, beef, crocodile or kangaroo kebabs.
The store even stocks a range of frozen seafood with fresh orders available over the busy Christmas season.
For customer convenience, meat can be supplied to outlying areas and for those last-minute shoppers pre-packaged meats can be purchased after general trading hours via the adjoining supermarket. |
